EcoInvest, LLC was established in
1998 to further promote and implement
economically viable ideas of ecological significance,
both locally and globally.
In a country rich with new business ventures being birthed every day,
only a small percentage include the premise of a more traditional philosophy
to "do no harm" and which share the vision of promoting
the long-term preservation of the planet.
Many of the visionaries in this smaller subset haven't got the funds
or the promotional ability to reach their market.
By the same token, more and more investors are seeking
'socially responsible investment' options, and don't
know where to turn.
Essentially,
EcoInvest was formed to link visionary business ideas
with the financial and creative tools needed to
grow them.
Initiating a more conservative investment strategy
through the purchase
and management of commercial & residential real estate in Asheville, North
Carolina, EcoInvest then adopted an alternative approach by housing or incubating
its clients and their ideas within these properties.
For a period of time which is mutually harmonious,
they are given a fair timeframe in which to grow and/or expand.
